The first of the 're-born' Winter Workshop conferences has been a resounding success.

The quality of the plenaries, debates, workshops, oral platforms, posters and symposia
was absolutely excellent and obviously represents a huge amount of effort put in by all the participants of the conference.  We want to take this opportunity to thank you all for this work in ensuring that this conference was a success on every level.

The decision has been taken to move the Winter Workshop back to a more traditional winter workshop location, however the meeting is still to be held in a University town with a main focus on medical education.

With this in mind, the Winter Workshop in Psychoses 2011 will be held in Innsbruck, Austria.  Innsbruck has an excellent tradition in Psychiatry and has many historical sites to visit within the city.  For those who wish to stay on after the meeting or arrive early in Innsbruck, it also offers excellent access to winter sports. 

We are confident that it will provide a wonderful atmosphere for learning and discussing progress in research in the areas of Schizophrenia and Bipolar Disorders.
