The hotel is located a ten minute walk from Barcelona's Central Railway Station. Limited Accomodation is available on-site (special rate for conference attendees, please state when booking that you are attending the conference) and at nearby hotels, which can be found here www.barcelonaturisme.com.

When searching for other hotels, please note that the conference hotel is in the MONTJUIC area, however it is also possible to stay in the CUITAT VELLA area and travel easily to the Fira Palace by Public Transport.

The Winter Workshop is not responsible for visitors travel and accommodation arrangements.

Barcelona is easily reached from across Europe and further afield. Liability and Insurance

The organisers - Cortex Congress Limited - are responsible for the organisation of the congress only and accept no responsibility or liability for travel and accommodation arrangements, nor any liability that may arise in respect of the conference centre or injuries in the pursuit of recreation.

The organisers and/or their agents have the right, for any reason beyond their control, to alter or cancel the congress, without prior notice, or any of the arrangements, timetables plans or other items relating directly or indirectly to the congress. Neither they and/or their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage, expenditure or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration or cancellation.

IMPORTANT
It is the delegate's responsibility to arrange adequate insurance coverage and to extend their policy to cover medical, accident, personal possessions as the organisers do not cover individuals against cancellation of bookings, medical expenses, theft or damage to belongings and neither the Winter Workshop nor Cortex Congress the will accept liability or responsibility for personal welfare.

Attendees are advised to obtain full sickness and accident insurance.
