Deadlines

Please take note of the following conference deadlines:

Extended deadline dates are possible in certain circumstances.
Please contact rp@cortexcongress.com if you have a late submission.

Speakers

• Short Biographies/Photos : By Friday 7th December 2012
• Talk Abstracts : By Monday 17th December 2012
• Conference Hotel Arrival/Departure Dates : By Friday 7th December 2012

Unfortunately the Winter Workshop Fund cannot cover travel and accommodation for speakers submitting sessions.

Bursaries

• Submissions/Requests : By Monday 14th January 2013
• Approvals : By Monday 21st January 2013
• If you have not heard back by then unfortunately your Bursary will not have been awarded.

Posters

• Poster Submissions (to be included in the Abstract book): Extended to Monday 14th January 2013

On-site posters will be accepted and every effort will be made to circulate late-breaking abstracts.  Late poster abstracts will be included in the final abstract book to be made available online around one month after the conference.

Oral Submissions
The conference will include Oral Platform presentations of 10 minutes each, Oral Sessions of 30 minutes each and Symposia of 90 minutes each (details are available in the Guidelines below)

• Oral Submissions : Extended to Friday 30th November 2012
• Acceptances : Extended to Thursday 10 January 2013

Unfortunately the Winter Workshop Fund cannot cover travel and accommodation costs for individuals submitting oral sessions or symposia.

Sponsored Sessions

• Titles & Speakers : By Friday 30th November 2012
• Abstracts (if to be included in the abstract book): Friday 30th November 2012

Registration Price Breaks

• 1st early registration break ends Saturday 30th June 2012
• 2nd early registration break ends Friday 30th November 2012

The programming committee is tasked with generating a conference programme selected on the basis of  the level of excellence of sessions proposed.
