Cancellations are as follows:
- 100% Refund - (after deduction of costs) more than 6 months before conference
- 50% Refund - (after deduction of costs) between 3 and 6 months before conference
- NO REFUND - less than 3 months before conference
Substitutions
Substitutions can be made free of charge until two working days before the conference. Substitutions must be made by email to the above details. If you wish to send a colleague in your place, simply email your name and the name of your colleague and the substitution will be made.
