Refund Policy

All cancellation requests must be made by email - [click here to email]

Cancellations are as follows:

• 80% Refund - more than three months before conference
• 60% Refund - less than three months before conference
• 40% Refund - less than two months before conference
• 10% Refund - less than one month before conference
• NO REFUND - less than 2 weeks before conference

Substitutions

Please note that substitutions can be made free of charge until two working days before the conference. Substitutions must be made by email - [click here to email]. If you wish to send a colleague in your place please e-mail your name and the name of your colleague and the substitution will be made.
